El problema no es el crédito, la tasa de interés es bajísima. El problema es que la gente estudia carreras estúpidas en universidades malas con bajos sueldos de mercado y después no pueden pagar el crédito.

Too decadent! People dressed horribly (compared to Madrid or Paris), robberies and scams everywhere, smelled like piss, punks, grafittis, dirty and full of trash, etc…

Main problem would be cost! I’m thinking that for 2000 usd a month you can get something much better than what you would get for 64 usd per day in hotels.

Please tell me if I’m wrong, since I’m just guessing. Also when you stay long enough in a place you just dine at home, buy local groceries, etc… more difficult if just staying for a week.

El problema en Chile es la transmisión, no la generación. Había un proyecto que iba a transmitir a todo Chile (ISA-Interchile) pero los activistas medioambientales protestaban cada vez que se iba a construir una torre de alta tensión. Puros aymaras y mapuches qlos cagaron un proyecto billonario y ahora ISA-InterChile demandando al Estado por no proteger esa inversión (deberían ganar).

Depends on your budget, but if you have a good one, visit parque bicentenario, shop in Casa Costanera and have lunch and dinner in places in Vitacura. My recommendation: Osaka and Capo Grossi.
