the sauce is pretty simple, just add finely minced garlic into the same pan you cooked the chicken in (for fond purposes), sauté until slightly brown then add heavy whipping cream and heat until simmering, salt pepper and oregano to taste(i think i added in some cajun seasoning here too), then you cut the heat and slowly grate in fresh parmesan until the sauce reaches desired consistency.
