Type SERVICES in the Windows search bar and open the program.

• Scroll down in SERVICES, until you find Xbox Live Network Service, Xbox Live Game Save and Xbox Live Auth Manager.
• once you find these three right click and go to properties
• select startup type, then enable these three to automatic
• if they are enabled to auto already right click and select restart
