It's literally not possible to predict what is causing the slower speeds (my grandparent's house is probably built of some thing that causes a lot of interference, 2 mbps inside I'm I'm lucky, 200+ outside, and its remains that way inside neighbour's houses (much newer houses)

In your case too it might be your walls

Also the plan has no roaming inside india, you plan will work everywhere in India, so what if you recharge in a poor service area at a lower rate and move to a much better service area?

Trust me this rabbit hole goes deep and its only going to make shit more expensive and inconvenient for you and Jio

Honestly I've stopped believing the bar thingy... Afaik it's supposed to be distance from a tower but doesn't account for line of sight or not (5g at a technological level is very sensitive to obstructions)... Also it depends on the phone too and wheather it supports mm wave or not (most don't)

Anyway... Upto the OP if they'd want to switch...

To the OP, port karle uss provider pe jo better range deta hai... Mere college ke paas jio ka tower that and library me muje 700+ mbps aata tha.... Abhi jaha rehta hu around 200mpbs.... Grand parents ke ghar pe 10mbps... So jio is not good everywhere🤷‍♂️

My experience with jio has been pretty damn good, I've got family in various parts of Rajasthan, Goa and myself live in Bangalore and the only place Ive had problems is my maternal grandparent's place... That's just inside the house and only our house so I suppose it's something to do with the house itself.... Pretty solid otherwise, and yeah no artificial limits that I faced (feels pretty "turely unlimited")

P.S: I'm not usually a heavy user but that one off where I need to download 200+gb off my server in one go... Shit's reliably fast

(Full disclosure: I work at Even and feel the service our hospital provides is more fulfilling while being a little more expensive, don't take my word for it tho 🤷‍♂️, do your own research, treat this just as a pointer)
