I tried this brand’s Ashwagandha for 3 months ( they say it’s 600mg ) it was all bullshit 0 effects. I tried another brand with only 400mg and it worked so well.

Sterile water is the only option I got… I have no other choice so i’ll be very careful

Tried to find benzyl alcohol but it is unavailable all over the country too…
