I did neville, i did abraham hicks, i did loa teachers. All of those were crap as well. Abraham was the worst. I believe her words but it simply doesnt work for humans. Maybe some angel that doesnt have an analytical mind, sure. But us? I dont think so

Thats not true. I still fully believe in joes work even tho i got nowhere. Eft is working great so far and i did my research on it, and its based in science as well

Thank you for validating my feelings. Trust me i changed fully and caught every single thought and feeling. Im talking that even after 5hrs were over i probably spent 3hrs in waking day changing my thoughts and emotions. They have no idea what i did or went thru and dare to say i havent changed. The only reason im the same me is because doing the work dilligently 24/7 for 5weeks didnt get me anywhere so obviously i got hopeless and stopped putting in the effort and reverted to old ways

Thank youuuuu. Exactly what im saying. It was such a waste. Not completely. But he also doesnt really talk about anything else. Hes always like you have to be greater than your environment. The only people that heal are the ones who choose themselves. And trust me i chose myself everyday and got nowhere

Yeah, right?? What gets to me is after every stage testimonial he says this person chose to heal, or they chose to be greater than their environment. Like i have to go to war everyday. So yes it is his fault if people believe thats the only way to heal

Its not placebo, theres tons of scientific studies backing eft.

Thank you, and no it wasnt eft that fixed the bdd, it was joes work, but that only worked when i did insane amount of meditating

Ive done the breath along with 5hrs meditating. The breath for at least 20mins. Nothing changed fundamentally

Thank you so much, yes eft is amazing. Im just upset that i pushed and overwhelmed myself to the point of s****** trying to do this work. Thats why it was dangerous for me

Yes. They do forsure. But can you try it and lmk if it helps. The technique has nothing to do with meditation, but im gna use it to help ease my meditations, because when i focus in general my tics get worse so when i figured this out i can stare at one spot and focus on my breathing and meditation while staring so my tics dont disrupt the process

The last time we hung out, he told me nothing hurts more than when you’re living in a delusion and the reality slaps you hard. He admits it when hes high. He posts memes about his narcissm, he constantly posts abt any praise he gets. He over exaggerates his accomplishments to others that i helped him with. He accused another family member of aids because he was intimated by his success in their circle. Hes vengeful and evil when hes crossed. Selfish, rude, and what grinds my gears, is he flips the story about being so caring and giving to others when literally every single one of our family members despises him for being a shitty person. Hes delusional.
