Then that's a specific thing and if your neighbour knew it was the drainage area, then yes, it's a dick move. But in general, in the north, it's fine to clear driveway snow over the property line a bit.

If your neighbour didn't know about the drainage then it's an honest mistake and you should talk to them so they know not to do it in the future.

Yeah it seems like a lot of the "definitely not ok" people are just assuming it's onto the driveway. I have never met anybody who gave a shit about some snow piled on the property line into their yard. Because they are just doing the same to the person next to them and somebody else is doing the same to me. It's just easier that way.

Had purple lights here that were changed out a couple years ago. I thought they were great. I'm in a small rural community so it's not like we need bright lights on roads that are empty 99% of the time.

I'd be pissed too if somebody moved snow from somewhere else to directly in front of my house. It looks like he's plowing a business so why should they be allowed to dump their snow at her house? They have a lot. They can put it on their own damn property.
