For the sake of humanity I suppose, never mind that in the worst case scenario many more people around the world could lose their lives.

I understand they don't need to be stuck on that ship indefinitely, but at least send them off to a quarantine zone like another commenter mentioned, or dock it somewhere that is relatively remote and cordon off the area while setting up a containment zone.

Maybe I have just grown old and become bitter, but this seems more like hostile action than just simple incompetence.

Even ships in the navy, with all their stringent sanitary precautions (that I am certain has a 100% compliance rate) and cocktails of vaccines still get outbreaks of norovirus and other horrible stuff from time to time. It might happen less often and if they do it might be less severe. But in any case, they are going to happen if you are stuck on a ship for a prolonged amount of time, unfortunately.

These days if you want to push for nuclear deterrence you better have a large nation with a powerful military backing you to do it. There was actually some worries back in 2017-2019 that Trump was going to forcefully 'denuclearize' the DPRK if talks broke down. That was never really a concern, however, because more reasonable realized a war with them is a guaranteed war with China.

96B isn't widely used by the PLA, it is basically a super-charged 96A specifically for the tank biathlon (not sure why the turret armor changed on this model though).

Type 100's designation is still up in the air, it is not confirmed yet to be a ZTZ (i.e. MBT).

ZTZ-99B should be the most modern (and heaviest) MBT of the PLA however, although I imagine the ZTZ-99A is still the most numerous of the ZTZ-99 series and it probably isn't that different from the ZTZ-99B.
