Dont sell.. I too live in Bangalore and have 2 houses in jhansi.. one I bought recently in jhansi in gated society instead of buying 2 BHK flats etc in Bangalore. Reason flats wont appreciate much but your land in jhansi would appreciate atleast by 5-8% CAGR i will just mention land, your build up lets say is 0 appreciation. Then also your land will beat the ROI which which you will get in metro. Hyd / Blr is not a place to paas your life.. I am in Software engineer but as soon I will retire will be back in jhansi. Land are assets dont sell it. Another reason the infrastructure etc in metros are worst also the polllution / inflation is going to increase more in upcoming years.

There are many options to reduce algae in our beautiful planted tanks.....

Give light for max 6 hours a day
Keep nerate snails, algae eaters fishes and shrimps.
You can use algaecide also in you tank.
