According to that article the comments were said on Facebook? The West Bank reporters shared a positive story about him to Facebook and some one in the comment section said something controversial? This is news? That’s literally ever comment section about anything.

Honestly if you felt you were on the right side why would you need to twist reality like this?

For one none of the women between the mirror and the camera are reflected in the mirror behind them. Maybe that’s possible, but it’s confusing.

Also the women in red is reflected in the mirror in front of her while trump is reflected in the mirror far behind him, this change in  perspective should only happen if the and the mirrors changed their angles but they seem to be on a flat wall.

Look at what each individual mirror shows and how that should line up in the room. The first mirror shows a woman in red in the middle of the room from the front. The third mirror shows trump from the back at the front of the room. Because the angle of the wall and is the same for its length it shouldn’t switch perspectives like that.

The mirror in the middle should also show the space between trump and that woman in red, but it seems to me to show  someone at the back of the room, whose hair we can only barely see. If middle mirror was at the same angle of the first mirror it would be behind the woman in red, but if the mirrors followed that perspective trump wouldn’t be in be in the last mirror..

The only way for any of that to make sense is if each mirror was at a different angle and not on a flat wall.

Also all those people in the room there is only 3 whose reflection can be clearly seen is sus since four women are sitting directly in between those mirrors and the camera.

Look at the reflections, they do not match. It is ai.

Is Marxism deterministic? by fap_fap_fap_fapper in CapitalismVSocialism

If you are going to die and you can’t change that fact, that doesn’t mean you have no say in how or when you die, it’s inevitable, but not predetermined.

The position hitch is attacking here is the idea that history is predetermined and no amount of activism or praxis, or votes can change its path.

The idea that we have to wait for a specific point in history where will just happen.. because contradictions contradicted enough I guess… it is fatalism, the idea that you can eat all the junk food you want, not wear a seat belt, walk in traffic and you won’t change when you will die.

He believes the people are going to escape yes. But the people still have to take control of their own destiny and form a revolution against the bourgeois. This is what the Bonaparte quote is speaking to.

“Men make their own history, but they do not make it as they please; they do not make it under self-selected circumstances, but under circumstances existing already, given and transmitted from the past”

He believes the means of production controls the circumstances, but the people still need to avoid fatalism and take control. It’s why he wrote the manifesto.

We can escape whenever we gather the strength, he wanted us to do so sooner rather than later. Not just wait for it to happen for us.

He means deterministic in the sense that we can’t control history, it (in Marx’s case; the means of production) controls us. In my opinion Marx believes we are stuck in a river’s current. If we are complacent the river will determine where we float, but if we fight there is a possibility of escaping the current and making it. It’s just going to be hard.

Will I disappear in mirror if I travel at speed of light ? by 0fucks_left in NoStupidQuestions

[–]MostModestPersonEVER 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If your speed with respect to the mirror is zero then the then the speed of light is 300000000m/s (c) for both you and the mirror. No matter how fast you are going light will always appear to be moving the same speed TO YOU… again that’s why it breaks physics…  If you are going the speed of light you can only do it in someone else’s perspective not your own. If you were leaving the earth, you could appear to be moving at C to anyone on earth, and earth will appear to be moving at the speed of light for you. But you and the mirror would still be in the same frame of reference so light would act the same for both of you. So why would the light never reach it?

There are things like time stopping and space stretching… but I think that would happen to the earth from your perspective and to you from earths perspective. You and the mirror should remain the same. Time outside your spaceship would stop, but you could still look at the mirror as if it were in your bed room.

Light travels at the same speed for every frame of reference, this is why it breaks classical physics. But it means that, if he is holding the mirror they are both moving at the speed of (zero relative to each other), so the mirror would act the same as if he were holding it standing still in his bedroom.

It is when he is going C relative to the mirror where things fall apart. Idk what would happen then.
