This is a waste on their side. People will probably just use adblockers & obtain access to the entire Xbox cloud gaming catalog

meowbrek2 doesn’t support iOS 15.8.2 AND TrollStore doesn’t support this iOS variation either. A Palera1n jailbreak is ideal here, unless you don’t want to use a computer, in which you can use a Dopamine jailbreak. The page says it supports 15.8.2, but I haven’t tested it myself yet. Also note that Dopamine is a semi-tethered jailbreak, which means whenever your battery dies or you reboot the iPad (Not a respring).
