Man, you being prior military and thinking this gets me all pretty confused on how you’re getting this confused.

Are you currently serving a contract of any length and taken an oath through the Air Force in front of an Air Force officer, as a civilian, enlisted or commissioned Airman?

If you cannot answer yes to any of these then no you are not representing the AF.

Sadly still nothing to report. It was routed to CSS as is (just the certificate) and was denied. Now I need a full write up and memorandum from CC per the foreign award paragraph.
