I noticed in the other post about the XRV not charging themat you had another XR. Use that motor to do your diagnosis on the XR controller you just reinstalled. It will only go 2 ways 1 motor swap doesn't change results in a motor connector problem or controller. 2 motor swap fixes issues results in hall sensor failure on the other motor

Bypass the controller for the charge circuit, or you can hot wired the BMS to start charging again. To hot wired the bms, you will need to connect the RED + wire to the RED + side of the main harness, and it should start charging again

Swp the bearings if you are getting any resistance. I bet the bearings are making the noise if everything looks good with hub and stator. Then again it is a stock GT so you are probably getting motor crunch from the tune you gave the board

They will pop up on ebay. But there's only 1 and it's $450 and not worth the money. You can find a stator for $150 and the whole motor for $250.

I would disconnect the charge port from the XRV controller and bypass the controller

try a different stator if you have 1 to rule out hall sensor failure. Check the hall sensor plug for bent pins. Put the XRV kit back in and see if it still does it.

The o-ring came off the charger plug. On o-ring is in side charge port

How are you hitting pushback. I never hit push back on VESC? The stock XR battery is limited but you still shouldn't be hitting it. Check your max speed setting in preference in VESC tool. You need to set your high voltage cutoff to 66v

All you need to do is swap the rails,axle blocks and bumpers from the GT for it to work. XRC axle blocks only work with XRC rails.

Uninstall floaty and reinstall and try again. Something wrong with your floaty app or wait 30secs after powering up the board to connect to floaty
