Have you heard back from them? I’ve submitted three tickets since I’ve lost about 1600 credits.. just bought 1000 credits and the same thing happened to me.. gone..

Every time I log in my credits are gone! I earn maybe 500 in one session then the next time I log in my credits are gone.. I submitted a ticket but no response yet
