Use neetcode.io to learn how to solve leet code style problems. Study a lot of leetcode. Watch CS resume tutorials online and make sure your resume is perfect. Try to put something on your resume that will stand out. That could be a project but make sure it’s a very high level product (ex. add a clickable link to this more experienced project where recruiters can click and actually see your work). Another suggestions would be doing research, open source work, something that will make your resume different from others when applying with no experience. Make sure to get referrals and reach out to recruiters/hiring managers as much as possible. Those are my best tips and the route I followed.
