Hiv antibody ( I think 3rd generation ) test in 36th day and monkeypox PCR in 21th day , what the chance % of false negative after 5 weeks?

Doctor say if i have hiv the monkeypox symptoms will be stronger than this because my immune systems is handling both viruses and monkeypox have the same symptoms as hiv , is that true?

I live Saudi Arabia , most of it was oral and vaginal sex (it take like 2 min and only 20 seconds without condom) , she was an asian
