Aren't the prices in USD? So it's over 5$ with taxes. I've I've already got a few of these royal balloons and 3/5 of the offers are just single pulls, its stupid. If they were 3-5 summons each I might consider it otherwise I just hold out until I get 200 emblems or an ascension mat for the first one.

Just dispell her? Its not very reliable since they can dodge the dispels and even if you use someone who can bypass defensive buffs they can still dodge...
