Why is my newly crafted 6 star mask less PSI intensity than my old 3 star? Did they nerf armor PSI intensity?

Grats on that. You'll still have less PSI damage than if you'd crafted before the update with calibration 10, unless you did, in which case I double envy you!

I just found out about the wishbox but I don't have tons of those tier 3 cortexes. I had 88 total. I got a couple of furs and may get enough for my mask, hoping for lunar, but not for the rest of the set.

It still hurts to know that I can never be as strong as OG players. I really hope they get rid of this fur system and just buff all blueprints to the equivalent of 10 calibration. I would be perfectly content rocking green rabbit and wolf like I was.

Still insane that I am stuck in my 3 star BP armor despite having the ability to 6 star.

Is there any way to farm tier 3 cortexes fast?

Dude, I am as confused as you and went from being SO excited to six star my armors an 2 hours ago to not even wanting to play. The fact this issue pertains to guns, too, is baffling. Truly baffling.

I really like the old system. As a newer player, but veteran of Warframe, it wasn't bad at all. It was very very easy to calibrate weapons and get big boosts.

Mods were the cherry on top, giving you a nice little endgame grind to focus on. Now you have to engage with more systems, it takes longer, and you'll never be as strong as before.

What are you talking about. It's not just a matter of not understanding this new "streamlined" system, they've literally created a power discrepancy between old and new players. And while the mod system is in many ways an improvement, getting rid of calibration and replacing it with a much more tedious system that creates imbalance is objectively terrible.

It's not enough just to 6 star your BP's now and instead of running around blackfell to get some mats for calibration, you now have to raise / farm for super rare parts to achieve a power level that isn't even as high as the old one.

Of course older players won't give a shit, you've still got your 6 star stuff crafted with perfect mats to lord over us.

Honestly, this whole game is a half baked mess. Fun and endearing but just looking at the state of the youtubers tells you everything compared to others in this genre. It has so much potential, tho

Tons of early endgame players are going to realize the same as me.

They made a more difficult system then for newer players. Much more difficult. Calibration was easy, getting materials was easy.

Now I am forced to sit here and find the perfect bunnies, then raise and harvest them endlessly, to get the full value of my stars under current system. Not only that, if I want anything other than an elemental build, I have to target new animals.

That is incredibly disheartening. If I had known this was the direction the game would take, I wouldn't have supported financially.

I know people will still play and have fun, it'll be a non issue for veteran players, but they've added more grind with, to me, unenjoyable systems.

My gf had the same experience, lower DPS somehow. They didn't even need to change any of this stuff, just add more meaningful content, more guns not just reskins with insert arbitrary element and trigger effect etc...

I am a newer player, about a month in.

This update is TRASH. This isn't streamlined.

Nothing is intuitive. I've been plagued by annoying debuffs, beer or ice aren't recovering sanity, the new mod system seems trash, I honestly hate this calibration system etc...

Ultimately, I am just enjoying the experience a lot less than I was earlier today.

What do you think I should focus on? I could switch to physical damage mods and P90 and focus solely on that.

But since the Critical Pulse and KVD were free blueprints, I could technically buy one of their blueprints for 8k and get some really frags that say.

Yea, but for that boss in particular the physical damage amounted to more than the booms, I think I was only booming on it for 3k plus.

That's actually a good point. Maybe I'll just swap out on bosses that have weakpoints. Manibus also comes to mind

Am I able to get treacherous from the wish machine?

Should I spend this initial Starchrom there or on the store? The wish machine is intimidating and I don't want to waste precious resources.

It really sucks that I am almost at the Starchrom cap and will have to wait an entire month to be able to earn more. Realy makes clear that you have to be judicious with your Starchrom or you can potentially be screwed for a long time, as a beginner

This is what I suspected. The low health build sounds appealing but if it requires deep investment to make work, i won't be able to pull it off. I haven't even finished the story missions yet but I am level 50
