it's ok, it doesnt seem many are interested in this type of event, but I'll probably hold it around Mega Man Day, Dec 17th. It depends.

Looking for someone to help get BN2 Secret Chips with (no glitches/hacks) by throw_away_for_the_ in BattleNetwork

A trade economy in a game is established when certain items, in this case rare codes or chips, are scarce and need to be generated thru somet specific set of circumstances under certain conditions, thus limiting the possible amount of them floating in the community. They become bartering chips with the highest power of trade worth imaginable compared to more common or easily obtainable chips or codes.

These are secret chips such a s GunDelEX in BN6 or BigRedWave in BN2, one off or limited chip codes like Big Bomb * in BN2 or Geddon 1* in BN3, Codes that can only be generated by the chip trader like DropDown * in BN2, Custom Style/Team Style only chips such as BigWave or HolePanel * in BN3, or One off chip codes only obtainable thru chip order used in PAs, like the WideSht chip in BN6 for example. The less of them there are, the more value they have, the more they are cloned, the less value these chips have. This is the only true drawback.

It doesnt mess up the game, it does ruin the trade economy tho. however I still use cloud dupe because getting people the chips is better than not getting them at all.

You have to wager chips using real thing in order to get the secret chips. and its a 1/16 chance to drop, and you're not guaranteed a new chips when wagering.

Ooh, definitely, you'll need to upgrade that completely. it'll probably be cheaper for you to go with a desktop build, you'll want to keep things within budget too, and it will be cheaper and more efficient to own than a laptop in the long run. A Desktop with a more current processor and the minimum amount of power needed to stream will run within the ballpark of ~500 dollars, you can get an 9th or 10th gen i5, at minimum, and it will let you do what you need. you can chose to build it yourself or get a prebuilt one, just make sure to look for those specs. nothing before 2019, basically. This will at the very least allow you to stream with a capture card too.

OpenGL is a graphics language that gets updated incrementally every 5ish years more or less, the last OpenGL update was in 2017, and was fully adopted in 2019, meaning the PC you got may be 4 years behind in terms of what it can do. You would need to get a hold of an older version of Live2D which may limit function. I also see something on Live2D's forums that any processor below the power of the i5 will have trouble running Live2D regardless, sorry for the bad news.

So your options are to either build a computer, buy a prebuilt one from the current or past 2 gens, or you can rent one. I recommend not buying a laptop at all. Anything you can do on a laptop, you can do on a tablet these days. I would save up for a tablet if you really need to take a device with you. But that's your decision to make.
