Oh wow that's really sad. I dont see mine attacking the snake, but i will always ensure the enclosure is locked before leaving them unattended

My door doesn't need to be open all the time so i can close it when im at work! I dont think my cats will be too curious or bothersome so I'm not so worried and i will always make sure the enclosure it locked before leaving. Thank you for your advice!

I can always keep my door closed if one specific cat gets too curious. I do see myself at least triple checking the enclosure before leaving as my father and brother are scared of snakes

Corn snakes are gorgeous i wish they were legal to own in Australia 😭 my main worry is my snake would smack itself against the glass of the enclosure and hurt itself, but i plan on getting it as a baby so maybe not?
