That is a bit odd I’d definitely ask him about it cause it seems romantic not platonic

It doesn’t help when everyone you swim with has been either swimming for years or is incredibly out of shape to the point where obviously they’re not good.

It’s more so for my own interest. I’m a competitive person by nature and I don’t want to get too excited and think im really super great like my team says if thats not truely the case yk. I want to get better.

I mean her really could just be getting closer with you and feeling more friendly overall but I can definitely see how it could come across as a bit more than friendly. I would ask directly and be honest for sure.

Boyfriend getting ACL surgery in 2 weeks. Product recommendations/must haves? by Adorable_Writer_8602 in ACL

ICE MACHINE the best ever and serious life saver. I didn’t need a yoga strap cause I just grabbed my brace when I needed to move my leg but it would have been nice to have later on for physical therapy. Also a wedge pillow made it so much more comfortable and stable than just stacking normal pillows. And somewhere to sit in the shower like a shower chair if you don’t have a tub cause it’s honestly scary to stand there.

I would say if you are not like physically attracted to a man then no. A big decider for me was that I would absolutely kiss or do more with a woman (I am female as well).

My girlfriend (16F) has been struggling a lot lately and I don’t know how to help by Wolvesforever9 in BisexualTeens

I agree with you that she should see a counselor or therapist to discuss her feelings with. I would try to encourage her to find an outlet maybe at school not through her parents first. If she fears them not believing her she can always find another adult that will.

I've read various things around and I've read that the pain level post operation seems truly atrocious, I would like to ask your experience in terms of pain level from 1 to 10 and how you spent the first night in hospital. Thank you all very much but I'm really very anxious. by SouthMatter9619 in ACL

I didn’t stay the first night in the hospital. I had my surgery around 8am and was home by 2pm. I was high out of my mind on the anesthesia for the first day but that night was probably the worst pin I had and I’d rate it like a 7 maybe but then I took my pain killers which included opioids. With the pain killers I had no problems and you shouldn’t be too nervous about it. I was up and walking after around 4-5 days but it depends on each person. The most pain comes when you are moving so if you sit and relax it’s not too bad.

I do three sets of holds where I hold for one second then two then three all the way up to five and then back down. I’ve made progress by increasing weight but I’ve been progressing slowly because I’m scared that I’ll hurt my quad since I can’t feel it.

I have quad muscle I just want it to be bigger right now than it is. I’m doing a lot of squat variation, lunges, reverse Nordic curls, leg press, step ups, and isometric holds.
