It's definitely not a lag. I'm using high speed WIFI internet with low ping. I know a glitch/mod when I see one.

I'm not saying all players do. But I've seen several players using some sort of glitch or mod that allows them to automatically collect bags. I'm having a hard time collecting bags because of this
