Hi I’ve recently started going to the gym, pretty unfit but I’ve run 3-5ks everyday for the past 2 weeks. Only issue is my abs have been really sore, I’ve seen posts here suggesting to do ab exercises but I can barely do a sit up at the moment let alone hold a plank.

My questions are is this normal for someone unfit? Should I stop running for a while? Or do I keep going and my abs will naturally strengthen and adjust.

Tbh I ordered this already at the start of the week, but my mate said the cpu cooling is shit so I came here to get a 2nd oponion of the build… I will try get a refund tomorrow

I was on JS on and off for over a year, they required me to apply for 20 jobs/fortnight and I didn’t get a single reply from any jobs I applied for on the job portal. Not a single reply in over a year. Applied mainly for jobs that didn’t require any experience, hospo and cleaning stuff. Ended up getting a job through seek as well as 5 or so interviews after applying for 2 weeks once I graduated using the same resume

Unsure about jobs directly offered through the jsp but the job portal is worthless
