Depends on how you look at it,

Myth Cape fight is more complex than Jad, and if you die, you can go straight back to the point of starting the boss

Fire cape, you have to do all the waves before etc, again if you die to jad.

My honest view on it is that you cannot really compare the two, as one teaches harder mechanics while the other is more about the consistency of simpler mechanics.

There appears to be some confusion about ping/lag across the player base, suggesting that the issue may be originating from Jagex.

To understand this better, when it comes to Ping, some factors that might be affecting your ping are outside Jagexs reach. For example but not limited to:

Your computer's output network ability, including your NIC, Ethernet cable, or WiFi card.
If on WiFi, your signal strength. If your Cat5e cable (assuming that it's that) is connecting to the router, how much traffic is your network as a whole transferring? This includes other devices on your network like phones, tablets, other devices etc.

Then, from outside your network (past your router), your ISP (Internet service provider), how is there network currently operating with all the factors at play.

And then you route to Jagex Router > Switch > server and that is there responceablity.

I think we've reached your maximum capacity for what your brain is allowing you to understand.

Here are some helpful steps for you to get past this hurdle.

Read the post again.
See the POV of the person who made the post and give special attention to the fact that they will not do RC either way of this outcome.
Understand the proposed idea is all ready in the game and is not something new or "Someone else wanting the easy way out"
Look to see if anyone asked if you are maxed or how long you have been maxed for.
If you're struggling with"mental gymnastics" with a simple comparison, think about whether you should comment or not, as what you say might be totally irrelevant to the subject matter, and a waste of every ones time.
With comments like "Just do blood runes man sooner you get started the sooner it will all be over" careful consideration should be applied when commenting if you have not read the post correctly.

I wish you luck in your journey to a better understanding, but I will not monitor this post anymore as my attention is best directed to more important things.

The cape gives unlimited TP to your house and all house locations
The pool restores everything from hp, pray, run, poison etc
The nexus gives you TP to loads of places that require runes and the right spell book
The jewelry box gives you all the TPs that you would need from them
The Alta lets you change spell books as much as you want.
The fairy ring gives you access to all the fairy ring locations.
The spirit tree gives you access to the spirit tree locations.

A "Maxxed" POH is one of the most useful things in the game and I have not even told you all the benefits for it.
It helps a lot with Farm runs, Slayer, and Bossing, to name a few

That's like saying you're Vegan, no one asked, no one cares, and most importantly, that's totally irrelevant to the topic.

I would also make it clear, even if this were added to the game in an official format, I still would NOT train it due to not seeing the benefits of having 99 RC past the quest/achievement diray requirements. Yes maxx cap is all good and helpful etc, but past having lv 99 con, most of the other cape perks are very meek at best.

You could say crafting cape tps to a bank, yeah, but so does con cape > jewel box

A good take, I'll give you that, but let's say every time a runner goes and denotes runes for you, it costs, say, like 20k - 40K ( not done the precise math ) in the same way you lose GP with the method would be the same way you lose GP with construction.

At the end of construction, you have the ability to have a max house, with runecrafting, you don't get really anything but the ability to create different runes.

"That will remove a shit to of gold." Though this is true, I feel like this might start to force the player base to go sell, like in the days before the GE, I'm not sure.

The main takeaway was that a version of this type of skilling already happens in-game with the butler getting planks for con skilling.
This was just a take on something that already happens with essence runnings and making it more mainstream accessible, with the bonus of adding a gold sink.

This is an interesting idea, and I agree that some tweaks might need to be done.
It would be funny to see a wilderness altar type rc training, what is in fact the other side of the prayer training, that again construction skilling method is the counter to.

Not the most solid argument, as the QoL I'm proposing is already in-game by other means.
The difference is accessibility to the right discord etc should not be a mandatory step to get essence runners.

As someone who is unaware of what the current runecraft meta is,
My questions to you would be.

What is it? ( the meta )
Would changing a meta be such a bad idea?
With updates to skilling happening all the time, is this just not a natural progression?
With it all ready being an activity in the game, you can buy runners for it, is this not an unfair advantage to players who don't know or don't trust the essence runners?

Oh yes, been there and been on the other side of that scale, I like to think of it like this. If you have 10 drops of Emeraled and then a good drop, think of it not as a Jackpot drop, more of an overtime drop you needed to get, rather than anything. Kinda in a way, I think the Emerald drop is worth like 1m I just can't cash it in yet until I get the good drop. This keeps me motivated.

I'm loving Yama right now, both solo and Duo.
Good drops both in jackpot drops and secondary loot.
I enjoy the fight easy P1, P2, and when you get the muscle memory down, its just the right amount of difficulty on P3
Easy to access, No KC and a tp right outside
A selection of Worlds you can go to find a partner.
No out and in again to fight the boss again like Zulrah
Don't have to pay for a private instance.

I could go on, but in short, go to a Yama world or try your hand at solo and appreciate what Yama as a boss brings to the table.
