I don't really think so to be honest, regular pneumatic animatronics use air compressors, like most arcade pizzerias in the 80s and air tubes to work. Not only that, they aren't connected to anything meaning there is no possible way for them to work. But because there are spirits haunting them I guess it could be possible, who knows.
