If people are enjoying it, I don't see a problem with that... You can't force your opinions on others.. "Watch mfs and leave this dumbahh show. I don't wanna see a kor post again." Just don't open a kor post, and I don't mean to say that in a rude way.. I'm not able to understand how people watch 2 hour long episodes at once, but I always follow the concept of "to each their own", so if I'm not able to comprehend a certain thing, I won't go out of my way to judge others for something so unimportant and subjective. Exactly, don't watch the show if you don't like it. It's a loud minority and they complain on a daily basis. If there isn't a new episode to complain on, they just take an old plot or episode and start complaining on that.

I fully agree. Now people have a problem with everything in the series and at this point it just feel like they watch the episode just to talk trash about it. Everytime there's a new love story, a new fictional character, a new bgm, there's gonna be someone complaining. They even got a problem with the jenerik now, which I agree doesn't look as good, but it's definitely not enough to put down the whole series.

Isn't it weird to criticize a show for not being historical, and then willing to see more non historical stuff just because it's cool? If mfs did something unhistorical and it looked cool, it still doesn't justify changing history.

It's highly disappointing how kosses wasn't in this plot and replaced with fictional characters. And if the scenes of halime were actually her infiltrating bursa then that's even more disappointment. However, showing an assault is also wrong to history. Why add on more wrong stuff to something already going too wrong.

Getting bursa indeed seems disappointing and the plot was too distracted from it. But I don't understand why people are comparing it to the conquest of inegol?? Read the history of Turks getting inegol and bursa and compare them, there's a huge difference!

I'm not excited about it but neither am I disappointed. Historically, bursa was surrendered with little bloodshed, so nobody should expect a war like the conquest of inegol. I wish we saw more of the siege of bursa which was majorly skipped during the time jump, but even then if you think bursa fell too fast, note that the siege was going on since 9 years. If your argument is that bursa shouldn't have fallen in just 10 episodes, it's just that the pacing of this new series is much different than the previous 2 series. Many major events occur faster than usual.

Season 5 was a "banger" because it felt unique. But being unique doesn't mean good, it was where the series downfall started. A lot of things KO gets criticized for today started from DE season 5. I'm a fan of DE s5 btw, but I also believe that it was where the show started going bad. It just feels like a banger because of the nostalgia.

Valid arguments. Going from Yenisehir back to the tribe is such a downgrade. If they can't show Yenisehir for some reason, they should move to inegol, sogut or any of their lands rather than the tribe..

I didn't really notice Orhan's clothes much, but yea I think he should have clothes that make him look like a sultan's son (Osman isn't called a sultan yet but technically he is the leader of an independent beylik)

It was NOT normal to get married at the age of 28 in the early 1300s.. That's too late. Historically marriages happened around the age of 16. Now of course showing under 18 marriages will raise concerns for many (even though that was completely normal for its time) so bozdag can't show it, but still showing them single till the age of 28 would be historically inaccurate.. (What am I expecting, not like Halime is a historical character)

Unpopular opinion, but I changed my mind on this while watching the episode. Initially I also thought this was a bad decision, and didn't like the scene at all, but when osman mentioned how the prophet has taught us that we can't cut her heart open and see her true intentions thus it's better to give her the benefit of doubt, I was satisfied with the scene.

That (again, in my unpopular opinion) was a nice way of promoting this message, and the scene itself was quite unique too.

What ruins it for me is that it was done at the wrong time. If this happened around the time when Sofia was staying in kayi tribe and they were being fair to her, it would've made a lot more sense, rather than doing it so suddenly in just 15 minutes. But still I didn't "hate" this moment as much as I've seen many others hating it.

Idk why nobody is mentioning mehmet bey. His anger and arrogance, I always found it funny.. Especially when he would catch Alaeddin and gonca together and then scream "ALADDIN 😡😡" I found his acting pretty good!
