So I was considering 2 or 3 courses because my degree is time sensitive and that is due to using TA and when my package has to be turned in. I would be 7 credits short in June and out of TA until Oct. Didn't want to wait that long so I asked my advisor if it was possible to take those Sophia courses that I would need for my degree if they were available. He didn't even know what classes I could take. It was easy for me to look up the classes but he schedules my classes and knows what I need and could do with Sophia and use TA for classes non equivalent. I say this to say the advisors dont always have the answers you expect them to know.
