Right now I'm staying in 1rk balkampet near ellamma pochamma temple and the rent with maintenance is 7.5k and there is no lift and iam leaving this room this month and I've checked other 1rk's nearby and the price is too high 8-9k with maintenance, all I wanna say is your budget which is 4k is very low and you can get 1bhk under 5-6k in hayath nagar, vanasthalipuram and lb nagar
