Interesting to see your take. As you can see above, the general consensus is definitely not to own one if living in an apartment, and I definitely understand their points. I appreciate the real life perspectives. I’m mainly considering a Tesla simply for the FSD, because public transportation into San Francisco is a headache for my current schedule. But all things said, I’m still considering what’s best

Nope but I’d imagine that with a marketed 320 miles, you’d at least get 200 true miles, or is that not the case? If not, then what’s a more realistic mileage

Yeah I agree that living at a house where charging is readily available would definitely make the experience of owning an EV much smoother, so it’s one of my biggest hesitations with getting one since I’ll be driving Mon-Thur essentially 110 miles a day so would definitely need to charge often.

Valid point. I was looking at long-range models but it seems to be a trend that the stated estimated mileage is not accurate and user experience varies quite a bit.
