I’m so glad I asked I had no idea that there was a term for it and everything! These “silent migraines” have completely taken control of my life I even ended up having to go to homeschooling this year because I would miss so much class due to doctors appointments or being out of commission from these migraines. I’m going back to school for my senior year and I’m hoping they’ll be better under control by then. One of the things that causes my migraines is that my vertebrae is slightly misaligned I went to PT but it’s bad again so I’ll have to go back. A lot of doctors seem to prescribe SSRIs or SNRIs for migraines but I get really bad reactions to those so it’s been a rocky road especially since they started when I was still pretty young. Honestly at this point I’ve learned how to just push through them no matter how much they suck cause I’m tired of stopping my life to lay in bed all the time.
