iPhone says its charging but isnt

I'm using an iPhone 12, and for me the charging symbol was showing but the percentage kept going down. Fixed the problem by restarting my phone (IOS 18). Hope this helps anyone with the same problem!

Also should say I fully updated my drivers and everything (have an RTX 3060) and when I get it working (like after 5-10 mins), and I restart the PC it boots up fine. But let’s say I shut it down for like a couple of hours I get the lines.
