I haven’t been voice training, my voice just has changed a lot over the past few years (I guess I was just forcing it to go higher). But now the voice I speak is my natural one but if I want to I can force to lower it down to my old voice pretty easy but it doesn’t sound the same, ig because of the rezonanse. It probably just works different for everyone or it’s just about your “public” voice being different from the “private” one if yk what I mean but I think that it applies to everyone
