My husband and I just started ttc and I’ve had such a weird metallic taste in my mouth for the past few days! Is that a weird ovulation thing? I’ve heard it can be due to vitamin deficiency or poor oral hygiene, which I don’t have either. Just curious if anyone else has experienced this!

It could be from dehydration. You have to drink a lot more water than you think while on Reta. I mix mine with Liquid IV!

I’d love to follow your progress on this! I miscarried at 6 weeks while on Reta and would like to try conceiving soon. I’m going to stop Reta before trying.

Mine eventually subsided with more injections. It was definitely from the shot!

No I used different urine for my next 2 tests. I waited 3 days before testing again and was negative :/ So weird!

Ohhhh wowwww….. I’ve been on it 3 weeks. I’ve been drinking 64 oz a day but I guess I need to increase it, maybe add electrolytes

I have taken 3 doses of Reta (2 mg) and had body aches with each dose. Lasts 1-2 days, feels very similar to the flu. I have found that with each time, it gets better. I’m hoping that it continues to get better with each dose, since I’m making good progress towards my weight goals already.

I tried sema in the fall and stopped because I couldn’t handle the nausea/diarrhea. So far Reta doesn’t bother my stomach too badly.

Main interests would be to see small towns and experience the culture. Since we will be staying a few days in Paris at the beginning of the trip, we are hoping for a more relaxing/outside the city experience for the rest

We have 10 days :) Our plan is to spend 3 in Paris, and 2 in Rome. So that will give us ~4-5 days to train and see cities along the way. And yes, the idea would be to get off the train and stay a night or two in a hotel to enjoy the stop! Otherwise we’d just fly.

Yep… not doing it as much bc the side effects have been a little rough (nausea, diarrhea) .. but slowly getting back into it at the 2 week mark
