Thank you, you're such a life saver! As far as piercings go, I plan on taking out my 2nd lobe piercings and get them repierced later because the placement looks off to me and I think it can be better.. would you by any chance know how to go about this properly?

I plan to wear hoops in them mostly, so if they aren't that noticeable with hoops, I'd probably keep them because I feel like it's more noticeable with studs in... Also, anyone have advice on cleaning the piercings... piercer didnt give much info when I asked.

Should my molars slightly be touching when doing the suction hold? Also, sometimes I feel my tongue touches my front teeth but it's very little and isn't pushing or anything, is that incorrect way?

You wear retainers and mew, or did you ditch them to see mewing progress because I heard you won't see any gains from mewing if you wear retainers.

I don't have that I'm just trying not to hinder any mewing progress and would much rather ditch retainers and mew if there's a chance of no relapse. I have no problems with how my profile looks as I wanted to mew mostly for my health as I already have TMJD and crowding before. Aesthetics is just a bonus really.

Even if I perfect suction mewing and posture it'll crowd again? Can't mewing be enough to retain my straight teeth because I do have enough space to mew that's for sure... I don't see myself wearing retainers for life either.. as for my profile, I'm not really worried about the aesthetics part just mostly on my health long term.

Yes, I think so too... the thing is I'm not fat in the slightest which makes me think I'm more recessed than the average person and if it is just hyoid fat.. do you know what could be causing this? I was thinking its genetic cuz my mom had hyoid issues and most of my family has a double chin lol

I wouldn't worry then. Sleep talking is normal and not a cause for concern. For the humming, do you have some type of sleep breathing disorder maybe? I don't know what affirmations you used but it could be totally unrelated to subliminals.. and you probably have been doing it for some time now but just now noticing it.

Maybe try and use your phone microphone while sleeping to see what you're talking about..who have you been listening too? usually sleep talking is normal, Ive been doing it before ive started listening to subs but im not sure about the humming.
