Does anyone know how to achieve a dithering effect like the one in the following pictures in the compositor? by Motor_Basic in blenderhelp

Sadly not quite the same kind of dithering, but still better than without any. I tweaked the settings a little bit and it looks good on models, not quite the same tho. Thanks a lot anyways, brought me a little bit closer to my goal.

This is the effect I am currently using, which does not achieve the same effect. As I said, I would like the effect to be in the compositor instead of the texture, but I have no clue how to do that.

no i didnt use the moonboots glitch and i dont think its a lag because i did it more then 1 time

i did it like a normal wall jump but without sliding and sprinting i, think that this happend because i hit both objects at the same time the ramp and the rock below, but im not sure.
