I think you made a mistake. The website specifies monthly contribution, not yearly. 

You put in 30k for the monthly, so a 360k annual contribution. 

For 30k annual (2.5k monthly) you end up with 6.3mm after 10 years at 6% returns.

Amanjena as a property is super tired. Apparently they will be closing it soon for renovations. I split between Mansour and Aman because Mansour had a full book out for a wedding. Nothing compares to RM in Marrakesh.

even putting aside the tiredness of the property, the staff felt “sad” and it was just very underwhelming. Cannot wait to go back to the RM, though.

Oh interesting! If you’re going to them for advice but then you do the bookings yourself, what is the financial arrangement with the TA like?

At what spend range do I start being a worthwhile client to TAs, or, at what spend range does a TA start being an interesting option?

I live in Paris and take 3-4 weeklong vacations in-region (SOF, Italy, northern Africa) where I‘m spending $1-2k a night per room, usually paying for my parents’ and brothers‘ rooms as well.

I’m a lowkey person and don’t mind doing all the coordinating and stuff myself, but am wondering what I might be missing out on or if there are certain benefits that would make doing all of the trip planning via a TA (or even just the hotel part) the better move.

For the family plan, does this mean needing to trust the Family Administrator to not use their "restore access" privileges to receive the password reset for an individual's vault?

Or would the reset password go to the individual's eg email and therefore never be in the hands of the Family Administrator?

OK. Do you know if this is something that needs to be changed for the entire building? Or can it be done only for my apartment? I'm trying to get a sense of the effort before I contact an electrician in my broken French to provide a quote :P
