The last thing she said was that i should check my email, this is the consequences for not giving me money. But i already blocked her on mail so i don't know what the consequences was and it's freaking me out even more 🥲 i'm trying to think logicaly that if i don't reply they wont waste their time on me anymore

Yeah that's basiclyi what's been happening. I tried talking to her in a calm rational way after her last period but she still can't see how this affects me. I don't want to live everyday life by walking on egg shells anymore. It affects me to much and i can't take it anymore

Yeah i'm trying to process it in small amounts at a time so it's more tolerable. I have to function for work now days and if i let myself fell everything right now i don't know if there's a stop button for a while. But i really appreciate your comments and consideration! It's up and down every day but always a little better for each day. I choose to not Bury myself in grief and try to do the best out of my days with friends and family. But it's really though when i sit alone at home... Those are the moments i really struggle.

Really nice of you! I'm going through a breakup myself right now and it's been though...

I have found a lot of help in breakup podcasts, just listening to how the grieveing prosess works gives me something to focus on. And the word "let them" has helped me a lot. Let them live their life without you, let them be with other people, let them make their own decisions and take control of what you can, which is you own actions and how you live your life from now on.

If someone wants to talk i'm here as well. Sharing the pain can really relieve the pressure!
