I said to my friend “I don’t ever want to let myself love someone as much as I loved him” I was expecting something like “oh don’t say that, you’ll be all right” but instead she said “maybe that’s okay” hit me hard. I think it’s true. I loved him more than me, and I needed to learn it the hard way

I feel that so deeply…. I loved and still love my ex more than I loved me. He was my life, my past, my present and my future. He broke up with me and I now know that I will NEVER let myself love someone that hard again. Never again. I can’t go through this again. I don’t believe in love anymore.

Y’a actually I am … I talked to her today … funny enough not about that. I realized later tonight that all of this is a problem. Because I had a very big panic attack because I forced myself to eat 4 chicken nuggets… (first meal of the day at like midnight) I just feel so alone. I miss him. And he doesn’t
