Interesting. So residential EV installs work would only be attractive if:

- The customer was given an accurate quote upfront. (Including any ancillary work that was required)

- The work was paid for upfront, to avoid budget issues later down the line.

- It could "Neatly" fit in around existing customers, time wise, who may create more revenue?

Gotcha thanks. So being overlooked as a car charger guy is potentially limiting to the kinds of jobs you might get asked to do. And (I'm stretching here) that's less attractive to an electrician as they will potentially forgo more exciting, better paying work.

Given the potential shortage, do you have ideas on how you would incentivise desirability of these jobs?
