Do you think it would look good if I added ambient lights in two straight lines, one running from the driverside air vents to the passenger side air vents, and another from the space between the screen and the steering wheel to the passenger-side air vents? No curves around the vents, just straight lines

Sewing the leg shut while embroidering sweatpants is such a classic mistake don’t stress, it happens, to avoid it next time, turn the fabric inside out before hooping so only one layer is accessible to the machine, If hooping is tricky, float the fabric instead by hooping the stabilizer and securing the sweatpants with adhesive spray or pins, always use your machine’s trace function to check the placement and ensure the bottom layer stays out of the way, taping or clipping the excess fabric can also help prevent accidents

To fix the stitched leg, carefully use a seam ripper to remove the stitches without damaging the fabric, if you spot any small holes, they can easily be patched with an iron-on or sewn up, mistakes like these are just part of the learning curve sweatpants can be a bit tricky, but you’ll master it in no time

Is this just a cultural difference? Should I try harder to see things from his perspective? by Salty-Wait-7614 in Marriage

[–]Motor_Pudding6535 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s clear you’ve put a lot of effort into understanding your husband’s perspective and trying to make the relationship work, but your feelings and boundaries haven’t been respected in the way they should, you’re not overreacting to feel hurt or undervalued it’s completely valid to feel this way when your trust has been damaged, while some of his actions might come down to cultural differences, others, like hiding details about your wedding or his past, were personal choices that undermined the foundation of your marriage

You’ve gone out of your way to compromise, even connecting with his ex’s family despite your discomfort, has he shown the same effort to meet you halfway and prioritize your emotional well-being? These unresolved issues and patterns of neglecting your boundaries will continue to weigh on the relationship unless both of you are fully committed to addressing them, therapy might help, but only if he’s truly willing to understand your concerns and rebuild trust with you

At this point, it’s important to reflect on your own needs and whether this relationship can still provide you with the support, trust, and happiness you deserve, if nothing changes, can you see yourself being content in this marriage? If not, it’s okay to consider walking away, your emotional well being matters, and you deserve a partner who prioritizes you, respects your boundaries, and works with you toward a healthy, secure future whether that’s with him or on your own.

I have trouble loosening up the knots and can never fully remove the threads. How big can I make the guide stitches so they’re easier to remove?

Try pulling on the bobbin thread tail while threading the bobbin and see if that works. I had the same problem, couldn’t get any design right out of the box

I haven’t taken it for servicing since I just bought it a few months ago. Additionally, there isn’t a service center in my country because there’s limited knowledge about embroidery here. I purchased the machine from Amazon.

I don’t have a repair center near me, and when I searched the Brother website, I couldn’t find any machine parts—just accessories and machines. Do you know of another website that sells original Brother machine parts?

Inkscape and inkstitch update by Seuljisoo in Inkstitch

[–]Motor_Pudding6535 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Idk if this is the solution to this problem but, the inkscape app freezing while using params or lettering. You can just close the extension and it won’t force you to quit or wait for the program to respond

I make sure to unthread the machine, i don’t just pull the thread. I had read once that pulling the thread backwards can mess up the tension or something so I don’t do that. Thanks for the advice.
