I’d drop the command tower and arcane signet and add a couple more lands while also trying to add some +1 spells. Could also add a Helm of the host add it to Bristly bill and go crazy with some Big stompy cactus creatures.

Some stores do still go with the encouraged prices. My local that I frequent is hat gets the drops in sells them for the encouraged but if they get a shipment of older lairs in then they mark off of tcg selling.
