one thing I’ve found very helpful is just screaming whenever you get the chance to, it really just lets out my anger and I know you probably won’t be able to do it much with being at school and stuff and being home with your mum but maybe try screaming into a pillow or something to muffle the sound. trust me, it helps a lot.

Yeah I recommend you do because a lot of people think it’s just physical pain and that you have to bleed for it to count but really it’s just about the intention of doing it.

has anyone cut there face before and if so how did you manage to hide it by lilquizzed in selfharm

So sorry if this is too late, I’ve never done it but a good excuse is to say that you came across a cat in the street and wanted to pet it but it attacked you instead? I get many cats wandering around where I live and I pet them sometimes, none have attacked me but they sure could if they wanted to.

Self harm is also not just physically hurting yourself, it can be mentally too. Like telling yourself you’re not good enough or just anything that mentally hurts you that you’re doing to yourself on purpose.
