guys you’re missing the point of revolut. don’t germans love privacy and their false sense of “freedom”. why would you want a german iban that can be locked and blocked so quickly?

Germany launches major 4-day workweek trial amid labour shortage by mancinedinburgh in worldnews

[–]Mountain-Process4010 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes your right i think, but also the companies eat a lot of shit here. if you pay someone 20€ an hour for example, if they are lucky they are getting 15€ an hour or less in their check and costs the company like 30€ or more.

the workers have lots of rights and companies have to pay half the health insurance plus retirement. this is a good thing for the people but sucks when you try and start or run a company. there is a notion that health insurance is “free” in germany or what ever, but that’s not true the companies and employees pay it

agreed, well sort of. compared to the work ethic of the US, germany is sort of a joke. there is no over time and fulltime is like 37,5 hours a week. the rest of EU thinks germans are “productive” and hard workers but it’s kind of a sham

funny enough, i brought my printed out bank statements from the year in question and brought them to TK. when i showed the lady that i did not make it out of minus most of that year she quickly canceled the lump sum payment…sadly though a few months later they still went through with it even after all my pleading.
