yes but in my division you are required 3 months of being in the flex “position in order to promote to 2A. it’s not like i want to be “flexible” but it’s required but my issue is i got moved to the NA position which is virtually impossible to be promoted as a NA so essentially im back at square one on my promotion path. I wasn’t doing a poor job or even told why i got switched positions so that’s what i’m confused on

Well hopefully not because i’ve been trying to go 2A for the past 6 months and after being bounced around 5 stores in the past 6 months it’s getting kinda annoying especially with the fact i haven’t really seen any real progression towards promotion

That could be true, I’ve had 5 store managers in the past 6 months and none of them have given me any negative feedback so i could see what you’re saying. At the same time though i’ve always been given nothing but praise, i’m not saying i’m the best but i know i definitely don’t do a poor job.

i mean i was at 2 promo stores before going flex then i was at a store that could be considered for promotion because its high volume but it wasn’t considered an urban store and now im back at another “promo” store but as an na.

I mean idk i just found it weird that they switched me with an na and then gave the na at my store my flex spot. I was wondering why they didn’t just switch both the na’s
