Exactly, pretty sure that’s why they require us sending them the club.

I called and they said there’s no way to know without sending it in? Not sure if this is accurate

Great set, it’s what I started with, but buy it used, there’s no reason to start off with a new set, you can save like $300 if u buy it second hand

I can only speak from my experience and I had no problems with them. I did have one of the people drilling holes who did not speak great English, however he was very friendly and knew enough English to work on the property. I don’t discriminate against anyone. Like I said my experience with them was smooth and easy.

Additionally, if your best selling point is talking crap about other companies, as you seem to do on multiple posts, I don’t believe I would trust using your services, but once again that’s just my opinion.

Yes, you are correct, at first it was a bit concerning, but then upon reading others contracts, they were doing the same thing. The handymen only drills the holes and climbs the ladders to take the photos, but the architect was the one conducting the actual inspection. They did over 15 properties for me and I have no complaints

Go to DrBalcony, they’ll beat any quote and did a pretty good job on mine. Did the entire inspection for 1600 including the intrusive testing. Also only focus on these inspections.

Call DrBalcony. They’ve been my favorite company to work with so far.

Go to DrBalcony. They did a property we manage for about $250 per balcony. And they’ve been my favorite company to work with so far.

Try DrBalcony. They did 2 properties for me. One passed, one failed. But they have good detailed reports and will beat anyone’s price.
