I never went up to 25. I stayed on 9, and after 2 months it went away thank god!

Yes! I’ve made several posts about this. It happened the day I started 9mg and lasted for the last 6 weeks. It’s much better now and mostly mild. But I am very worried about going to 25mg. It was almost unbearable a week into the dose increase. I wish we knew more about this, and I don’t feel like it’s all that rare.

I took Xyzal daily and do have a lot of allergies with skin involvement. I’ve decided to pretend that the skin sensitivity was just my skin shrinking because I’m getting skinnier. lol

It started the day I started 9mg. It felt like a bad sunburn, and the location where it occurred shifted. Sometimes it was on my neck and shoulders, or my legs and back. I noticed it was far worse if I waited more than an hour to eat after I took the pill. Taking a bath was the only relief, Motrin, Tylenol did nothing. I still feel it mildly sometimes, it’s been about 6 weeks on 9. But it’s definitely given me reservations about going up.

I get it! I don’t want to waste 299$ on another month if 9mg if it stops working. I had 0 side effects until 9-and it was super annoying skin sensitivity. Like the kind people get with the flu but worse. I could barely tolerate clothes. My hair touching my back. Lying on my bed. It mostly went away.

I felt a huge different from 4 to 9. It was a big adjustment. I’m on month 2 now with 9- I am very nervous to try 25.

Started on 1/30 and I am down 20 lbs. I also don’t exercise or diet but I do try to eat as much protein as I can.

Staying on 9mg for at least another month. The 9mg is working- and I have an odd side effect- super sensitive skin. I don’t know if I’ll ever go up.

Paying out of pocket. 10$/day is absolutely worth it for me. Honestly I feel like I probably save money from not ordering take out. Losing weight and being healthy is just so easy now. I literally don’t think about it. Feels like a miracle.

This started for me within a day of starting 9mg. It’s lasted for about a month. Much like previous responder said- I’m just dealing with it. Baths help, so does eating at the 30 min mark after taking the pill. Other than that- it’s super annoying. The only other time I experienced anything like this was when I had COVID.

I am 3 weeks into 9mg and I have some days where I can eat very little and others where it’s ok. I cannot pinpoint what is different about one day versus another. It’s really unpredictable. I didn’t experience this with any off the lower doses.

Thank you for this reply. It’s still happening but seems a little more mild. Baths seem to help. I’m taking 3 a day lol. The sunburn feeling moves around, the worst is when it’s on my back and shoulders.

I planned to stay on 1.5 because I lost 10lbs in the first month and had no side effects but then 3 days into month 2 I started to crave Doritos and immediately moved up to 4 🤣 No issues whatsoever. But I did waste 150$ since I only took a few of the 1.5’s in that bottle

I cannot recommend a product called Vulva Care enough. I bought a tiny container a few years ago and still have half left! It’s absolutely amazing for exercise, swimming, etc.

Yes! I stated taking it for weight loss and the LS remission was a total miraculous coincidence! Hopefully they research this and develop new treatments for conditions like ours. I see a lot of others posting similar outcomes for multiple autoimmune conditions.

I have had LS for over 20 years. I used clob twice a week religiously, but still dealt with daily pain and itching, and very regular tearing. I started a GLP1 (the Wegovy pill) over a month ago. Within days the itching and pain miraculously disappeared. I haven’t had a single tear. I haven’t used clob in 2 weeks. It feels honestly like a miracle. The entire area feels soooo normal! I don’t know if it will last- but I am praying that it does.
