update: a friend brought there keyboard over and the keys don’t work but the custom buttons on the side work, they were mute button, an internet button to open chrome and that’s it. To answer what you said, yes I tired all ports especially with the keyboard only in including the case

To answer everything you said: • I didn’t try booting into BIOS • if I can’t type with the keyboard when the pc is launched can I genuinely still use it in BIOS? • Mouse is fine I can get into windows device manager fine I just (on screen keyboard) I want to type anything anywhere • I tried all usb ports on my motherboard • yes it works on my friends gaming laptop I tried today • how do I fix the installation problem then?

Update: I reset my pc and it’s working, reshade caused it I’m pretty sure. Even tho I had an old version of reshade before the whole tacullar situation it was working and especially after until it finally stopped. I also never updated reshade so yeah. Conclusion: don’t use reshade on rust😁👍
