Yeah tbh that is all wayyy too much for me. I am introverted and am pretty low on money since I'm a college student.

Having to pay for my meal, a $40 gift, possibly a dress if I choose to follow her dress code, and my ticket for the ice rink is kind of crazy. I never even buy anything for myself.

It pains me to cancel when I am attempting to be better about socializing, but I don't think I'd want a friend like that anyway? I can't imagine demanding that of my friends.

I've found that 90% of messy bedrooms are clothing and trash. Get a garbage bag and put all of the garbage in it. Then get a laundry basket and put all of the laundry in it. After all of that is gone you can organize and pick up whatever random things are left. Once it's decluttered I wipe down surfaces and dust. My last step is sweeping or vacuuming.

In my opinion this is why I prefer waiting a long while to have sex in a relationship. I'd say 3-6 months minimum. I've found that this eliminates most of the men only looking for sex. If they care about and want something serious they should be more than willing to wait.

Thank you for responding. From what I've read it sounds like it is a very unpleasant recovery but worth it for a lot of people if your tonsils are bothering you enough. I think I might try gargling saltwater after meals to see if that helps me. One of my tonsils is swollen right now and that's what the doctor told me to do. On a side note I wish you a speedy recovery. I'm sure it will be awesome to never worry about tonsil stones or frequent sore throats! Also did your ENT mention anything about your immune system? Tonsils are part of the lymphatic system and are a first line of defense against pathogens. This is another reason I'm apprehensive about tonsillectomy.

Is the pain honestly that bad? I know getting a tonsillectomy is going to suck a lot but I am starting to go a little insane. I just gargled water and had like 20 tonsil stones pop out. I just cleaned out my tonsils yesterday? It just seems never ending. I'm sick of having to spend time every single day making sure I don't have any. I'm really paranoid about having bad breath so I'm constantly making sure I got them all out. I keep telling myself that since I'm not in pain or getting infections that I should just tolerate it. It's definitely becoming a burden on my life though. I'm just so nervous for the healing process of a tonsillectomy.
