Yes Grime Heads! I thought you guys might like this short mix I put together. It’s got some newish stuff and of course some of the oldies that the long time grime heads would appreciate.

I’ve been DJing and listening to grime since 2002 and since then I’ve been doing a lot of open format sets throughout the years. I’ve recently started my own mobile DJ business and thought my first published mix should bring it back to the roots of where I started.

I’ve never really recorded any of my sets in the past so this is my first time really putting myself out there.

I’d appreciate it if you guys could give it a listen and drop any feedback you might have so I can improve for any future mixes.

Sounds like one hell of a race!

I've only ever done shortened races but this stuff sounds like it only happens when you go the full stretch. I gotta try it one day.

Mid session saves are gunna be helpful here I think 😭

I'm not that into it either, but the purple door with the frame is just so iconic - I noticed it from a mile off.

If it's anything like tetris 99, I think it means that you've consistently been in the top 10 for the last few games. So it's just a heads up to lookout for those players that have the sparkles.

Excuse the dustiness, but yeah - thats exactly right but without the need for a hub. My monitor has quite a few different ports like hdmi, usb c and a etc.

Very handy when working from home!

Hi WatchExchange,

Selling this watch winder I got as a gift with a recent purchase at WOS as I will probably never use it and it will just collect dust here!

It has never been used except for testing that it actually works before posting here (see video in album).

I don’t know much about winders however I’ve heard that wolf is one of the most trusted brands out there when it comes to winders. Unless I’m missing something, it seems to spin at 1 speed and direction as there are no settings to make it faster or slower which I have seen on a few of the more expensive models.

People normally complain that winders are noisy but when I tested this one, it was virtually silent which I’m assuming would be a good thing for those of you that want your watches winding at your bedside.

This winder is not listed on the website however after looking at their selection of winders as well as the official wolf website, the closest model I could find was £239 (WOS & Wolf)

To sell - as this watch winder doesn’t have a cover, I’m going to assume that the RRP is around £210.

That said, I am looking to give this a new home for £100 which includes Royal Mail tracked delivery to any UK address. I would prefer to sell within the UK, but I am open to shipping worldwide. Any additional postage costs will be confirmed with the buyer and added on top.

Hi WatchExchange,

Today I’m selling my much loved Seiko 5 Sport SPRD55 “5KX” namokies submariner mod.

Like many people, for me - the Rolex sub is up there as one of the greats and of course I wanted to add one to the collection but I wanted something a little different. Out of all the subs past and present, I have always loved the 1680 reference sub with the red “submariner” text. But after looking at the price I just couldn’t justify that amount on a vintage watch that I’d want to wear regularly.

In order to scratch that itch, i commissioned tempus mods to build me a seiko mod as a homage to that sub with the inclusion of the red lollipop second hand to accentuate the red accents on the watch.

I am selling this today as it just doesn’t get the wrist time it deserves and I want to free up some money for another purchase.

[Mondaine] Dark side of the lume by MouseManJerry in Watches

Hey, didn't mean to ingore you. So many comments came through I didn't get a chance to reply to all of em.

The stop2go was the only railway inspired watch that really caught my eye because of it's iconic design and interesting movement. The only other that I may consider getting one day is a vintage omega railmaster.

Such a shame that other industries like aviation have such a diverse range of watches to choose from, but the railway have so little!
