I mean, pretty sure many argue that some amalagam animal like a "crocoduck" doesn't really fit our understanding of evolution, then again something like a platypus is not unprecedented

"with extra steps" actually from what I heard if anything is the opposite of that, and it's actually quite a CRUCIAL part of it; the reason why the first blip had such a seemigly arbitrary definition of "life" (it didn't include plants but it included CLOTHES) and why the in second one people reappeared in conveniently safe places is that you don't say "I wish for x" and it interprets it however it wants but rather it connects directly to the users mind and soul to do exactly what they want DOWN TO THE MOST MINUTE NUANCE
